  Development Services:
  • Implementation and refinement of the development plan as necessary to achieve success during the development and marketing process.
  • Preparation of detailed budgets for pre-finance, marketing, design and engineering, construction, site acquisition, financing and start-up expenses.
  • Coordinate and manage the development team including lenders, equity investors, legal counsel, feasibility consultants, design professionals, and contractors.
    - Coordinate and assist with the selection of qualified firms as necessary.
    - Negotiate service and construction agreements.
    - Ensure that product design and construction meets the goals and expectations established in the development plan.
  • Manage the properties to achieve required pre-sales and stabilized occupancy.

    - Work closely with property manager to create a marketing plan, sales materials and media campaign.
  • Secure local and state regulatory approvals and maintain regulatory filing and disclosure requirements.
